2nd image. Select > All, Edit > Copy (Ctrl+C). click on 3rd image, Edit > Paste (Ctrl+V). If resizing is necessary, Ctrl+T for the Transformation tool. To maintain proportion, click a corner handle, press the Shift key and drag the corner.
