I need help this is pissing me off. I don’t have that little thing in the lower right hand corner that says layers, channels, paths and when I go into quick mask and go out nothing is masked. Any help?

Is it possible if you have a blurry image, can you use an effect or something that can unblur it or increase the quality of the image, because i have a really blurry image of my friend and i want topresent it to her, but i cant really do that if its blurry, anyway please respond…thanks
